We normally ship orders within the Continental U.S. via UPS Ground or U.S. Postal Service our standard charge for orders valued between $1.00 and $100.00 is $10.00. Orders from $101.00 to $499.00 will be charged a flat rate of $12.50 All orders over $500.00 will be shipped free of charge within the continental U.S. Alaska and Hawaii will be charged actual shipping charges. We will however, ship your order to you Next Day or 2nd Day Air at additional shipping & handling charges if so desired, this will usually amount to anywhere from $16.00 to $49.95 Remember, these shipping & handling charges are for one average size carton, larger orders will be charged on an actual cost basis for example large starter sets will be charged actual shipping cost. Canadian orders will be shipped via US Postal Service, actual postage charges will be applied.
Foreign Customers All other foreign orders will be shipped by the most safest and most cost efficient means available. If items are on back-order we will ship what is available and the rest as it becomes available. Shipping & handling will be charged on an actual cost basis.
USPS EMS Express Mail is our service of choice for smaller orders being shipped to overseas destinations. USPS EMS EXpress Mail is fully trackable, requiring signature of addressee at time of delivery. A small parcel up to 3lbs usually is between $34.00 to $44.00 dollars. You will be charged actual cost of shipping over 3 lbs. Size and weight limitations apply (parcel must weigh 70 pounds or less and measure 108 inches or less in combined length and girth.
Customer is responsible for all local taxes and customs fees. All charges will be in US currency. Also we have a minimum order requirement of $100.00 for all foreign orders except for (Canada) because of all the paper worked involved. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Returns Reynauld's Euro Imports will only accept returned merchandise with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA). All authorized returns will be credited to your account, less original shipping charges. All returns, other than shipping damaged goods or incorrect shipments, are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer must pay for shipping on returns. No postage due returns will be accepted and no credits will be issued for shipping charges. Refused shipments will also be charged 15% restocking fee and will be credited less shipping fees.
You will receive a valid RMA Tag within 10 business days of acceptance of your request. Please affix this tag to the outside of the shipping carton.
Items must be returned 15 days from receipt of merchandise in its original packaging and original unused and resellable condition. (To be determined when package arrives at Reynauld's Euro Imports).
Backorder Program Reynauld's Euro Imports realizes that there are times when certain products are out of stock because of temporary shortages in the distribution chain. You can now choose to have these items placed on "backorder status" and shipped to you when they become available. Please check the "Backorder out of stock items" box on our online order form to choose this service. Reynauld's Euro Imports will ship out your backordered goods for a nominal shipping and handling fee of $5.00 per backorder shipment. You can also choose the "Call me to suggest a substitution" box or "Substitute a similar item of our choice".
